KNOTSCAPE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Knotscape! By booking or attending any Knotscape workshop, class, or event (including bookings made through Groupon, our website, or in person), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all participants regardless of class type, materials included, or booking method.

Contract of Sale
Completion of the booking process and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions forms your contract with Knotscape, LLC.

Bookings & Payments
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
• Groupon vouchers must be redeemed before their expiration date; follow Groupon’s policies for extensions or refunds.
• Knotscape may offer promotions or “Studio Rewards,” which cannot be combined with other offers unless specified.

Materials & Supplies
• Some workshops include materials, others may require you to purchase or bring your own. Each class description will clearly state what is included.
• If unsure, please contact us before your session for clarification.
• All tools and shared supplies provided by Knotscape must remain in the studio and be returned at the end of the session.

Session Experience
• Workshops are beginner-friendly unless otherwise noted.
• Light refreshments (tea, water, snacks) are provided for all sessions.
• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and settle before your class begins.
• Late arrivals may not be accommodated and are not eligible for refunds or reschedules.

Cancellations by Participants
• Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
• Refunds or reschedules are at Knotscape’s discretion and may not always be available.
• Missed sessions are treated as cancellations and are non-refundable.

Cancellations by Knotscape
In the rare event Knotscape must cancel a workshop (e.g., instructor illness, weather), you will be offered:
• A reschedule, or
• A full refund.

Class Changes
• Knotscape reserves the right to adjust instructors, locations, or class content if needed.
• Any significant changes will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

Age Policy
• Most workshops are open to adults and older teens (ages 13+).
• Children and pets are not permitted at any workshops.
• Kids’ sessions or family workshops will be clearly marked.

Health & Safety
• Participants are responsible for informing Knotscape of any allergies, sensitivities, or health concerns prior to the session.
Some workshops involve needles, scissors, glue guns, or small items; please supervise children appropriately.

Photography & Social Media
• Knotscape occasionally photographs classes for promotional purposes.
• By attending, you consent to being photographed unless you notify us at check-in.
• Participants may not photograph or record other attendees or Knotscape staff/instructors without their explicit permission.
• Personal photos of your own work are welcome, but please avoid capturing faces of others in your images or videos.

Liability
• Knotscape is not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, theft, or property damage that may occur during workshops, anywhere on the premises, or in surrounding areas such as hallways, parking lots, or building common spaces.
• Participants acknowledge they are responsible for their own safety and belongings and agree to use all tools, materials, and equipment at their own risk.
• By attending, you release Knotscape, its staff, and the property owner/landlord from any claims arising from participation or presence at the venue.

Intellectual Property
• Designs and patterns shared during workshops are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.
• Reproduction or commercial use of Knotscape’s original designs without permission is prohibited.

Gift Cards & Promotions
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Promotions may change or end without notice unless otherwise stated.

Data Protection
Any personal information you provide will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, used only to process your booking, and stored securely. Your contact details will not be shared with third parties.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with United States and Florida law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be settled by the Florida courts.
